Ownership and Copyright: I acknowledge and agree that the Photographer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the photographs, including any copyright ownership. Release of Photographer's Liability: I release the Photographer and their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action, whether now known or unknown, arising out of the use of the photographs. Within 2 weeks after the session, digital files will be available for viewing and download from a password-protected online gallery. The Client will select the photo and the Photographer will edit the final images for the gallery, and not all photos taken will be included. Only 10 images per Client. Requests for faster delivery may incur a rush fee for raw files.
